Employment Credit Report
Turn around Instant
Employment Credit Report can be accessed to provide objective consumer information that allows employers to consider the individual for employment or security access authorization. Employment Credit Reports helps employers to make sound hiring decisions, especially if the position involves sensitive information, safety or security issues. The information in the employment credit report is provided through a national consumer credit bureau. The Employment Credit Report is a summary of the applicant's financial responsibility. The report provides addresses, past and current employers, any public filing information, debt load, and payment history. An Employment Credit Report differs from a traditional credit report, in that it is tailored for use in an employment situation. For example, it does not include account numbers, dates of birth nor does the inquiry count against the applicant's credit score. The use of an Employment Credit Report is required in either pre or post employment circumstances. State laws may dictate when an employment credit report may even be used; employers are cautioned to check with legal counsel prior to use credit reports for employment purposes.
