Companies run driving record checks for pre-employment screening but fail to maintain current information on existing drivers. If a company requires a driving record check for prequalification of employment it is important to keep that information current. Employees can have DUI’s, serious accidents, or even suspended license and an employer may never know until it is too late. Companies requiring annual, semi-annual or quarterly driving record reviews of current employees have established a prudent policy. In this day of mergers and acquisitions many employers are taking on large number of new employees/drivers instantly and need numerous driving record checks. We have made it even simpler for organizations to order large numbers of driving records quickly. Our customers simply prepare a file in a spreadsheet following our layout shown below, and then e-mail the file to our customer support team. The driving records are returned to our customer in standard Adobe Acrobat PDF document. After receipt, simply open the file and send the individual’s driving record to the printer.
